2. Data we process
When the website is accessed, technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser, operating system, referrer and comparable server-log information may be processed. This data is used to operate the website securely and reliably.
If you contact us by telephone or another channel, we process the information you provide to the extent required to handle your enquiry, order or reservation.
3. Guest reviews
If the review form is used and the function is enabled, we process the information entered by you, such as name, rating and comment, for review and possible publication. Reviews are published only after our approval.
4. Hosting
This website is operated through an external hosting provider. The provider may process technical server and log data as necessary to provide the service, maintain security and analyse errors. Hostinger is used as the hosting service for this website.
5. Google Maps
The “Get directions” link opens Google Maps. Data is transferred to Google only when you open the external link. Google’s own privacy terms then apply.
6. Google Fonts
The website currently loads a font through Google Fonts. Your IP address may therefore be transmitted to Google.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
WordPress and the hosting service may use technically necessary cookies or similar storage technologies for administration, security and functionality. The current theme does not itself use advertising or marketing tracking cookies. If analytics, marketing or other third-party services are enabled in future, this notice must be updated and, where required, a consent solution must be used.
8. Recipients and transfers abroad
Personal data may be disclosed to technical service providers where this is necessary to operate the website or provide a function you choose. Services provided by companies outside Switzerland may involve an international transfer. In such cases we observe the safeguards required under Swiss data-protection law.
9. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may in particular request information about your personal data and correction of inaccurate data. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have rights to erasure, restriction or objection. Requests may be addressed to the controller named above.
11. Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and other unlawful processing.
12. Changes
We may amend this privacy notice when the website, the services used or the legal situation changes. The version published on this website is the current version.
